Only a few days left to take the Comcast Customer Service Survey 2019

Don’t miss your chance to provide the City of Las Cruces input on Comcast customer service by taking a survey. The survey closes on March 29.

The City of Las Cruces is seeking public input for its cable franchise agreement with the Comcast cable service provider. Input from the community is important because the City is required by law to update its franchise agreement soon with the local cable service provider. The update takes into consideration changes in technology, equitable service to the community, and general customer satisfaction.

The input the City receives from residents will help guide the terms of the franchise agreement. The community will benefit from an improved franchise agreement that could include requiring better fiber optic connectivity and use of advanced technology, which affect both residential and commercial service. The City hosted three public meetings in February, and the survey started on March 1.

Anyone who is unable to access the survey online and needs a paper survey, should email at cityattorney@las-cruces.org or call 575/541-2128 as soon as possible to request a copy. All surveys must be submitted by 5 p.m. March 29. To meet the deadline with paper surveys, it is recommended that participants hand deliver the paper survey to the City Attorney’s Office, City Hall, 700 N. Main St.
