National Take A Walk in The Park Day is observed annually on March 30. Taking a walk at a local park is an excellent way to clear one’s mind from the stresses of the day, re-energize, and improve one’s health.
Bring walking shoes, a yoga mat, water bottle and get moving! Come out and join us for a fun filled day. We’ll see you at the park!
